Ben Walsh, Founder & CEO of Pure Bang Games
Walsh founded the company in 2010 and entered TU Incubator after tying for first place in its inaugural Business Plan Competition in 2011. More than 100,000 people have played Pure Bang Games’ first videogame, My Pet Rock on Facebook. The company is now focusing on mobile videogames, and recently released Deep Dive, which can be downloaded from iTunes and Google Play. Pure Bang Games is currently focusing full-time on its upcoming title M.U.D, an open-world exploration and survival game.
Will Gee, Founder & CEO of Balti Virtual
Will Gee got his start in the games industry in 1997 at Microprose Software. At Microprose, he worked his way from intern to lead programmer, contributing to titles including “European Air War”, “X-Com Enforcer”, and “Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes”. In 2003, he co-founded Digital Steamworks, a development studio that has built software for Fisher-Price, GE, DARPA, the NFL and many others. In 2015 he co-founded Balti Virtual, a development studio focused entirely on Virtual and Augmented reality applications.
Ash Monif, Founder & CEO of Grimm Bros
Entrepreneur and Executive manager, Ash has worked at EA, Atari, Bioware/Pandemic, Subatomic Studios and Human Head Studios. An industry vetern with over 15 years experiance working on AAA titles such as The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age, The Sims 2 , and James Bond – Everything or Nothing. In 2012 he co-founded independent game studio Grimm Bros, which focuses on creating a modern IP franchise of twisted fairy tale inspired games.
Gabriel Pendleton, Founder & EIC of BaltimoreGamer
Gabriel is a digital tech evangelist, game industry enthusiast, community builder, and people connector. He is credited in over 5+ shipped AAA and casino game titles. Gabriel is also the founder and Program Director of the BaltimoreGamer Labs@ETC, a co-working and incubation program for indie game developers.
